Search terms
A name or place entered into a sponsored search tool passes to the third-party provider that operates it. This site does not intentionally store those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
Messages sent directly may be retained long enough to respond and manage the request. They are not shared outside the operation unless service delivery or law requires it.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine logs or analytics may record an IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, visited pages, time spent, referring page, and timestamps. Cookies help measure use and support features. A browser can block cookies, though parts of the service may work differently.
How Data Is Used
Data may keep the site available, route sponsored searches, measure useful pages, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and display advertising. Personal information is not sold as a list. Search providers, analytics services, advertising networks, and authorities acting under valid legal process may receive relevant data.
Outside Websites
Links lead to the Grainger sheriff roster, courts, TDOC, VINE, records resources, news sites, and outside search services. Their own privacy terms apply after a visitor leaves. Advertising providers may perform interest-based measurement on their systems.
Security and Age
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system can be promised breach-proof. The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may request deletion of data a minor submitted.
Your Choices
Subject to applicable law, a person may ask for access to held personal data, correction, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. This notice may change as services or rules change; a revised version will be posted here with its effective date.
